Buyer Terms
The terms for people who buy in a store that runs on Tocler.
These terms apply when you buy in an online store that runs on Tocler ("the Store"). The Store is run by an independent seller (the "Store owner"), who sells you the goods and is responsible for them. Tocler ("Tocler", operated by Tocler, an individual developer (not a registered company)) provides the store software, delivers orders automatically and protects buyers and sellers, but is not the seller.
1. Your purchase
- Product descriptions, product terms, prices and availability come from the Store owner. Check the platform, region, edition, restrictions and the product's own terms before buying; some products are age-restricted.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). You pay inside the Store's checkout: card payments go to the Store owner's own payment provider, crypto payments to the Store owner's crypto provider or, where offered, through Tocler.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment is confirmed with the payment provider. Keys and codes are then delivered instantly to your account in the Store and by email. The product's terms shown when you bought are kept with your order.
2. Using what you bought
Digital keys and codes are licences issued by their publishers, and their use follows the publisher's or platform's own terms. Keep your codes private; anyone who has a code can usually redeem it.
3. Problems, refunds and appeals
If a code does not work, was not delivered, or the product is materially different from its description — or the product's terms promise a refund in your situation — contact the Store within 14 days (support ticket or reply to the order email). See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the Store does not resolve a justified request, you can appeal to Tocler with the "Report abuse" link in the Store or at support@tocler.com; Tocler reviews the order record (delivery, key reveal, product terms) fairly for both sides.
4. Reporting illegal products
If you think a product is stolen, fraudulent, infringing or otherwise illegal, use the "Report abuse / DMCA" link in the Store. Reports are reviewed by Tocler.
5. Your account in the Store
Keep your password safe. The Store may close accounts used for fraud, abuse or unjustified chargebacks. You can download your data or delete your account in My account → Settings → Your data. Your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Store credit and prepaid codes
Store credit and prepaid codes can only be used in the Store that issued them and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. The Store owner is responsible for the goods they sell and for refunds; the payment provider is responsible for processing your payment; Tocler is responsible for running the store software and delivering what was paid for.
