Where buyers’ money goes, Tocler’s fee by plan and how it is collected, wallets, holding periods, payouts, refunds and chargebacks.
What changed — applies from 3 November 2026
Now “Payments, Fees & Payouts”: where buyers’ money goes, Tocler’s fee by plan, how it is collected (wallet or fee invoices), holding periods and payouts.
This page explains, step by step, what happens to the money when someone buys in your Tocler store. It is part of the Terms of Service and the Merchant / Seller Agreement.
1. Where the money goes
| Way of paying | Where the buyer's money goes | Your Tocler wallet |
|---|---|---|
| Card | Straight to your own card payment account (connected in Dashboard → Payments). | Not credited — you already have the money. |
| Crypto, your own account | Straight to your own crypto payment account. | Not credited. |
| Crypto through Tocler (only where Tocler offers it) | To Tocler's crypto account. | Credited with the order amount minus Tocler's fee. |
| Store credit / prepaid codes you issued | No new money. | Not credited. |
Every payment is confirmed directly with the payment provider (amount and currency checked) before an order is completed and its keys are delivered — a payment notice alone is never trusted.
2. Tocler's fee
Tocler's fee on each paid order depends on your plan: Free 3%, Pro 1.5%, Enterprise 0% of the cart value. A per-payment-method fee or an individual rate may apply; your exact fees are always shown in Dashboard → Payments. Plan prices are separate (see Pricing). Fees of your own payment providers are between you and them.
3. How the fee is collected
- Payments through Tocler: the fee is taken before your wallet is credited.
- Payments to your own accounts: the fee is recorded as owed to Tocler. Tocler first takes it from your available wallet balance (if you have one). What remains is billed on a fee invoice on the schedule shown in your Dashboard, payable with the same methods as your plan.
- Unpaid fee invoices: after the due date and grace period shown on the invoice, Tocler may send reminders, restrict new checkouts, pause stores or suspend the account until the invoice is paid. Your data is not deleted because of an unpaid invoice without notice.
4. Holding period and payouts (Tocler wallet)
- Each credit to your wallet stays on hold for 3 days before it becomes available, to cover refunds, chargebacks and fraud.
- You can request a payout of your available balance in Dashboard → Wallet & Payouts. Minimum: $10. Payout fee: 1.5%. Methods: USDT (TRC-20), USDT (BEP-20), USDT (ERC-20), USDT (TON), USDC (ERC-20), Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, TRON (TRX).
- Adding a payout address needs a one-time code sent to your email, and a new address can be used after 24 hours. You are responsible for a correct address and network.
- Payouts are reviewed and sent by Tocler, usually within a few business days.
- Tocler may hold a payout while investigating suspected fraud, prohibited goods, a breach of our policies or an open dispute, or when required by law, and tells you why unless the law forbids it.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
You handle refunds for your sales (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). For a refunded order paid through Tocler, the amount credited to your wallet is reversed (deducted from future balance if already paid out). For payments to your own accounts, refunds and chargebacks are handled with your own provider; Tocler's fee on a fully refunded order is reversed where the refund is recorded in the Dashboard.
6. Negative balance and reserves
If refunds, chargebacks, owed fees or corrections exceed your balance, your wallet may become negative; future credits cover it first and Tocler may ask you to settle it. For stores with high risk Tocler may extend holding periods or keep a reserve, and explains why.
7. Currency and records
Prices, balances, fees and payouts are recorded in US dollars (USD). Crypto amounts are converted at the provider's rate at the time of payment or payout; network fees are paid by the sender. Your Dashboard keeps the full history, which you can export. Questions: support@tocler.com.
