Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Tocler plans, and how refunds work for digital goods bought in stores that run on Tocler.
What changed — applies from 3 November 2026
Refunds for goods are decided by the store owner under clear rules; buyers can appeal to Tocler; the product terms shown at purchase are kept with each order.
This policy covers two different things: (A) the Tocler plan a store owner pays for, and (B) the digital goods a buyer purchases in a store that runs on Tocler.
A. Tocler plans (store owners)
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Dashboard → Plan & Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep all paid features until then and are not charged again. With automatic card renewal, cancelling stops future charges immediately.
Refunds of plan fees
Plan fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except:
- Charged by mistake (duplicate, after a timely cancellation, wrong amount): refunded in full — tell us within 30 days at support@tocler.com.
- Long outage through our fault: we may credit or refund a fair part of the period.
- Where the law requires a refund.
Upgrades during a period are credited automatically; downgrades take effect at the end of the period and are not refunded. An unpaid renewal keeps every feature for 7 days, then the account moves to the Free plan; paying restores everything.
B. Digital goods bought in a store on Tocler (buyers)
The store owner is the seller and decides refunds for the goods they sell, following this policy, the terms shown on the product page and the law.
When a buyer is entitled to a refund or replacement
Keys, codes and licences are delivered instantly. Once a code is delivered and revealed, the purchase is final except where:
- the code does not work (invalid, already used, wrong region or platform compared with the description) and was not used by the buyer;
- the order was paid but not delivered;
- the buyer was charged twice or the wrong amount;
- the product was materially different from its description;
- the product's own terms promise a refund in the situation (for example a refund for a key that was never revealed).
Tocler records, for every order, the product terms shown at the time of purchase and whether and when each key was revealed, so both sides can rely on the facts.
How to ask
- Contact the store (support ticket, or reply to the order email) within 14 days of the purchase, with the order number and a short explanation.
- The store owner reviews the request and sends a working replacement or a refund where justified, within a reasonable time.
- If the store refuses a request that the facts and the product's terms support, the buyer can appeal to Tocler (the "Report abuse" link in the store, or support@tocler.com). Tocler reviews the order record and may require the store to respect its terms; for payments that went through Tocler, Tocler may refund the buyer from the store's balance. For payments made to the store's own payment account Tocler cannot move the money itself, but may act on the store's account (warnings, restrictions, suspension).
How refunds are paid
- Card: to the same card, through the store's payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).
- Crypto: in the same coin and network to an address the buyer provides; network fees may be deducted; the USD value of the order is converted at the time of the refund. The buyer may accept store credit instead.
- Store credit / prepaid codes: as store credit.
Chargebacks
Please contact the store first — most problems are solved quickly. Disputing a working, delivered code may lead to the buyer's account being closed in that store.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights under consumer law where the buyer lives. For digital content, buyers agree at purchase that delivery starts immediately and that this ends any right to withdraw once the code is delivered, where the law allows.
